Required for any subdivision, site, grading or development plan for tracts of forty thousand square feet or more. Must be submitted during the initial stages of a development application, prior to or in conjunction with the submission of a Forest Conversation Plan. Fee Schedule
- $400 for review of forest stand delineation
- $100 for approval of the exemption
