Sign modification, also called a ‘sign waiver’, allows deviation from the strict application of Article VII of the Land Development Code, which governs signage. Applicant must demonstrate a hardship. Criteria for determining a hardship are located in Section 20-17-7 (g) of the Land Development Code.
