Cold Weather Advisory
The National Weather Service has issued a COLD WEATHER ADVISORY for the City of Laurel from 8:00 PM on Friday, January 23rd to 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 24th. Very cold temperatures and wind chills of 0 to -10 degrees below are expected for our area.
Dangerously cold temperatures and wind chills increase the risk of hypothermia and frostbite if proper precautions are not taken. Limit time outdoors, and stay inside, if possible. If you need to be outside, wear appropriate clothing and limit skin exposure. Take frequent breaks in a warm location.
