Laurel Connectivity Initiative

The Laurel Connectivity Initiative is a City of Laurel effort to ensure that Laurel's residents and businesses have access to reliable and affordable internet and cellular service in the City. It's one of several City initiatives aiming to improve digital equity in Laurel.

We're asking you to help the City identify coverage gaps and document service concerns by reporting your experiences to us through our online surveys We will then work directly with internet and cellular carriers to improve connectivity and market competition in our community. Your input gives us the data we need to advocate for better internet service for everyone in Laurel!

Please note that your privacy is our priority. Individual responses and precise locations are not released publicly or reported to providers.
