WHO: Women who are experiencing or anticipating hair loss due to cancer treatment.
WHAT: An event to pamper cancer patients with complimentary wigs, wig styling, skin consultations, mini makeovers and manicures. Each participant will receive a free wig, which will be customized to each individual.

WHY: Cancer treatment can impact an individual’s confidence and physical appearance. This event will bring together several beauty professionals who specialize in wig styling and skin care to create a pampering experience for 30 cancer patients.
The event is hosted by Hope Connections for Cancer Support, in partnership with University of Maryland Capital Region Health who will open a comprehensive cancer center in Spring 2024, Ebeauty Community Inc., and The Temple, Paul Mitchel Partner School Annapolis and Fredrick.
Participants, beauty experts and cancer providers will be available for interviews.
