The City of Laurel's Department of Public Works is entering the next phase of the Citywide Concrete Repairs Project on selected streets and locations throughout the City.  This work will include concrete sidewalk repairs, curb and gutter replacements, and pedestrian ramp upgrades.

During this period, access to the affected streets may be limited.  In addition, on-street parking will be restricted while repairs and upgrades are underway.  Temporary no parking signs will be posted on the impacted streets at least 48-hours prior to any work being started.  The signs will outline the specific times and dates the restrictions are in effect. Cars parked in the temporary no parking areas during these times and dates will be towed at the owner's expense and risk.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during the construction period.

This phase of work will begin around November 10, 2022, weather permitting.  No work is scheduled to be performed during the Thanksgiving weekend, November 24 to November 27, 2022.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Christy Fang, Assistant Director, at 301-725-0088, extension 3214.
