The City of Laurel will be closed on Thursday, November 11th in observance of the Veteran's Day Holiday. Refuse and recycling pickups will be adjusted this week:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Trash and Recycling will be normal.
  • Wednesday organics/compost collection will be normal.
  • Thursday Trash and recycling will be picked up on Friday.
  • Thursday Leaf Vacuuming will take place on Friday.
  • There will be no bulky item pickup or yard debris pickups this week.

The next regularly scheduled Bulky Item pickup and Yard Debris collections will be on Wednesday, November 17th.  Please be sure to call or email the Department of Public Works by Monday, November 15th to request a pickup.
