Our neighborhood winner for March 2019 has been announced!  Mayor Moe and the City of Laurel congratulates the Yellow Neighborhood on winning the March 2019 challenge by having the largest increase in recycling from the previous month.  The first 10 residents from the Yellow Neighborhood to mention this contest when requesting a current bulk item pickup will receive a $10 discount.  Residents of the winning neighborhood have until May 13th to claim their prize.
