Our neighborhood winner for December 2018 has been announced!  Mayor Moe and the City of Laurel congratulates the Red Neighborhood on winning the December 2018 challenge by having the most overall recycling.  The first 10 residents from the Red Neighborhood to mention this contest when requesting a current bulk item pickup will receive a $10 discount.  Residents of the winning neighborhood have until February 11th to claim their prize.
