Our neighborhood winner for November 2018 has been announced!  Mayor Moe and the City of Laurel congratulates the Green Neighborhood on winning the November 2018 challenge by having the smallest gap between refuse and recycling.  The first 10 residents from the Green Neighborhood to mention this contest when requesting a current bulk item pickup will receive a $10 discount.  Residents of the winning neighborhood have until January 7th to claim their prize.
