Mayor Craig A. Moe is pleased to announce that the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Laurel Civic Improvement Committee (LCIC) are once again sponsoring their annual Holiday Spirit Decorating Contest for residences and businesses within the city limits of Laurel.

Do you think your house has the best holiday spirit on the block? Nominate yourself, a neighbor or business and it will be judged to see who has the best Holiday Spirit in Laurel. All nominations must be made by 4:30pm on Monday, December 16, 2013. Winning homes will be identified with a yard sign and results will be posted in the local papers.
