Join the Laurel Board Of Trade's Monthly Virtual Networking Event on Thursday, June 16th at 12:15pm. Meet and network with local business people.  Networking is one of the best ways to help grow your business.  Everyone is welcome to join, whether or not you are a member of the Laurel Board of Trade.  

For this Virtual session,  our Legislative Representatives in Annapolis, Senator Jim Rosapepe, Delegate Barnes, Delegate Lehman, and Delegate Pena-Melnyk, will be joining our meeting to update us on the 2022 legislative session.  This is your opportunity to learn about what was accomplished this year, what plans are for next year and to voice your opinion and share your concerns with the people who can do something about it.

Topics will include: legislation, cutting taxes, stopping health insurance rate hikes, cracking down on drag racing, boosting funds for local schools, public safety, road repair, and fighting climate change.  In addition, they will update us on state funds for the Hope House, Patuxent River Dam ruins, and the Student Activities Center at Palloitti High School.
