Laurel Mayor Craig A. Moe invites  all local youth organizations to apply for the Fall Youth Services Commission Grant. Laurel Parks and Recreation will be accepting applications until October 31, 2021. Grants will be awarded on December 15, 2021.

The grants provide limited financial support to those qualifying youth organization that are not-for-profit and serve Laurel area communities with at least 10% of the participants living in the City of Laurel.

Mayor Moe and the Laurel City Council created the Commission to identify, monitor, and evaluate youth services, programs, and activities offered in the City of Laurel and surrounding area. The success of the program has been a source of satisfaction for the City which has given out multiple grants since the Commission was formed in 2014.  We look forward to all local youth organizations taking advantage of this great service.
