Executive Order No. 2021-10 (Amended)

 

Subject: Rescind Order- 2020-17                                  Effective Date:  September 1, 2021

 

Pursuant to the powers granted to me by Section 2-176 and Section 2-177 of the Laurel City Code, I, Craig A. Moe, Mayor of the City of Laurel hereby amend Executive Order No. 2021-10 rescinding Executive Order No. 2020-17, Outdoor Dining Temporary Permit for Restaurants to change the effective date of recinsion from July 1, 2021 to September 1, 2021.

This Executive Order will be rescinded effective September 1, 2021, to allow time for those restaurants to get back to normal, provide for the removal of tents and other such items used during this temporary outdoor dining period.
