Mayor Craig A. Moe has signed Executive Order No. 2021-10, which will rescind Executive Order No. 2020-17 pertaining to Outdoor Dining Temporary Permit for Restaurants, which will take effect on July 1, 2021:

“Pursuant to the powers granted to me by Section 2-176 and Section 2-177 of the Laurel City Code, I, Craig A. Moe, Mayor of the City of Laurel hereby rescind Executive Order No. 2020-17, Outdoor Dining Temporary Permit for Restaurants.

This Executive Order will be rescinded effective July 1, 2021, to allow time for those restaurants to get back to normal, provide for the removal of tents and other such items used during this temporary outdoor dining period.” 

Thank you to the restaurants for your cooperation and assistance to keep the Laurel Community safe during the last year and a half.
