Released on May 14, 2021 - 11:14am

Due to the continuing guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic, the City Hall in the Park, scheduled for May 19, 2021, has been cancelled. But stay tuned to our social media platforms and website for some planned virtual events coming soon!

With the State now allowing all Marylanders 16 and over to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, and adolescents from 12 - 15 allowed to receive the Pfizer vaccine, Mayor Moe encourages you to #TakeTheShotLaurel!

The Laurel-Beltsville Senior Center, 7120 Contee Road, is open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:45pm, with available appointments for those who are still in need of the vaccine. Register today at mypgc.us/covidvaccine. The State’s Mass Vaccination sites that provide the Pfizer vaccine can be found at https://massvax.maryland.gov/.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, Laurel residents are urged to contact the Mayor’s office at 301-725-5300, extension 2125.
