If you own property on Laurel’s Main Street and need funding to help improve and/or rehabilitate the appearance of your store front or home, Mayor Craig A. Moe invites you to check out your eligibility for the Main Street Façade Improvement Grant Program.

The Program provides commercial and residential properties the opportunity to receive a reimbursement of at least $5,000, but not to exceed $25,000, for approved exterior renovations. Funding for this grant program is provided by the City of Laurel and the State of Maryland.

Funds are limited and will be awarded to qualifying projects on a first-come first-serve basis. If you would like to apply, the application portal is currently open and can be found at https://tinyurl.com/laurelfacadeapp.
