City of Laurel Government has remained open during this COVID-19 pandemic; however, it has forced us to explore how we can operate more efficiently; as well as protect the health and well- being of our employees, residents, and business owners we serve when we reopen our buildings.

We’ll soon be putting a wrap on some in person services and moving forward with new virtual services. The campaign is called RAP which stands for Register, Apply and Pay online.

The new virtual platform will provide a more streamlined and efficient way of doing business, while protecting the health of everyone.

Coming soon you’ll be able to apply for permits, business licenses, zoning application or HDC Certificates with a click of a button.

With the new and improved virtual services, you’ll no longer have to come to the Municipal Center.  Just  R.A.P. to get it done online.

Eventually, you’ll be able to use R.A. P. to sign up for Parks and Recreation classes, make appointments to use the pool & fitness room, or rent one of our facilities.

Get ready to R.A.P.  More information will be coming soon.
