Mayor Craig A. Moe is disappointed to announce that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the twelfth year of the Mayor’s Summer Jobs Program has been cancelled.

The award winning Mayor’s Summer Job Program is an extremely popular employment opportunity for high school-aged teens and it deeply saddens the Mayor, City Council and City staff to suspend the program for 2020. However, due to the novel coronavirus restrictions currently in place, it is inappropriate and impractical to expect the program to continue this year.

Mayor Moe is hopeful that the program will be continued for 2021. Be sure to keep an eye out next spring for information about the program.
