Mayor Craig A. Moe is asking for the public’s feedback to help the No-Kill Animal Shelter Task Force!

In 2019, Resolution No. 2-19 was passed to create this Task Force to study the possible need for a City animal shelter.

After many meetings and discussions, the Task Force is looking for your help! They have created a survey and are asking the public to take a moment to participate by going to the City’s website at https://tinyurl.com/NoKillShelterSurvey.

A "no-kill" shelter is an animal facility that does not kill healthy or treatable animals even when the shelter is full, reserving euthanasia for terminally ill animals or those considered dangerous to public safety.

Please click on the link and give them your input today! The deadline to participate is March 31, 2020.

Mayor Moe and the Task Force appreciate your participation and look forward to receiving the information from the survey so they can take the next steps in their recommendation to the Mayor and City Council.
