Mayor Craig A. Moe has announced that because there are no agenda items to come before the Mayor and City Council this month, the following meetings have been cancelled:

  • Wednesday, December 4th Work Session
  • Monday, December 9th Regular Meeting
  • Monday, December 23rd Regular Meeting

Meetings will resume in the new year starting with a Work Session on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at 7:00pm. The first regular meeting of the new year will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 6:00pm where we will kick off our year-long celebration of the City’s 150th Anniversary. The public is invited to hear about the year-long festivities and events which include an Historic Gala, a time capsule burial, a City-wide scavenger hunt, and a Multi-cultural festival.

All meetings will be held in the Council Chambers of the Laurel Municipal Center, 8103 Sandy Spring Road.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to call the Mayor‘s Office at 301-725-5300 ext. 2125 and the Laurel City Council Office at 301-725-5300 ext. 2120 if you have any questions or concerns.
