Please join Mayor Craig A. Moe in congratulating Lisa and Dave Everett for winning a

Community Choice Award from Preservation Maryland which just announced its Best of Maryland Awards. They received the

honor for their restoration of the Phelps House which they have turned into the Laurel Manor House Bed & Breakfast.
