Did you know that Martin Luther King, Jr. skipped two grades in high school and started college at the tender age of 15? Just a bit of trivia as we plan to observe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!

In honor of Dr. King, the City of Laurel will hold its Annual Wreath Laying Ceremony on January 12, 2018, at 4:00pm. Mayor Moe, the Laurel City Council and City Staff invite the public to attend. The program with begin with a few words about the importance of this event and the man it honors. It’s a touching tribute and we hope to see you there!

Wishing you a safe holiday and we hope to see you at the Wreath Laying Ceremony!
