Craig A. Moe is pleased to announce the start of the Youth Recreation
Voucher Program. This program was approved by the Mayor and City
Council and is designed to assist City residents with paying for their
children to participate in Laurel area youth recreation programs during
these difficult economic times. The program will pay up to $100 per
youth per season for recreation programs providing the qualifying
criteria is met. The program will be offered for as long as funds are
available. Mayor Moe encourages those City residents seeking additional
