        After and extensive investigation by Laurel Police Department Criminal Investigators concerning the armed robbery of the Chevy Chase Bank 13600 Baltimore Avenue Laurel, Maryland on December 14, 2009 at 10:33 A.M. Laurel Police have arrested and charged Daniel Mcrea, age 52 , of the 11400 block Falcon Ridge Court, Beltsville, Maryland  with the robbery.

    The defendant was arrested in the 8300 block Baltimore Avenue in College Park on December 21, 2009 and returned to Laurel Police Department for processing then taken before the District Court Commissioner an incarcerated on a $200,000.00 bond and released to county detention center.
