Ms. Kimberley A. Rau, MMC, Clerk to the City of Laurel Board of Election Supervisors, announces that during a special meeting of the Board of Election Supervisors they determined that Valerie Cunningham met the filing requirements to run for mayor in the November 1, 2011 City of Laurel General Election.
 
The Board of Election Supervisors will meet on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. to receive the Certificates of Nomination and certify the official election ballot.
