Mayor Craig A. Moe, in response to several inquiries regarding the status of the Laurel Mall redevelopment project, has advised he has asked Greenberg Gibbons to delay front deck demolition until after the holiday season.  After careful consideration and discussion with several Mall tenants, it was determined to be in the best interest of the Mall tenants and general public’s best interest to delay work at this time.  Laurel Mall is open for business, and will be open throughout the holiday season.

Mayor Moe was pleased to learn from Greenberg Gibbons that within 45 days the company will submit to the City its full demolition plans to the Mall and also will update its plans for the Laurel Town Center development project.  Mayor Moe encourages everyone to patronize the Laurel Mall tenants through this holiday season.

Mayor Moe wishes everyone a healthy, happy holiday season.  He said he hopes to meet people while shopping at the Laurel Mall, soon to be the new Laurel Town Center.
