STATEMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION

 

MONDAY, APRIL 22, 2019 – 7:00 P.M.

 

 

The Mayor and City Council may adjourn to Closed Session on Monday, April 22, 2019, at 7:00 p.m.  The reason for adjourning to a Closed Session is to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.  The authority for this Closed Session is contained in the General Provisions Article Subsection 3-305 (b) (7).
