Text Amendment Application No. 264 (Ordinance No. 2016) An ordinance to the Unified Land Development Code to update the use tables in the residential and commercial zones, schedule of parking requirements, special exceptions section, exceptions and supplements to zone regulations, and the definitions section. The proposed update is part of a comprehensive review and update of the City’s zoning code, for recommendation to the Mayor and City Council.
