Sydnor asked if City vehicles would be prohibited on the alley once the repairs were made. Mayor Moe said that the plan was to have all trash and recycling pickup relocated to the front of the properties so that the Department of Public Works’ heavy trash and recycling trucks would not be using the alley moving forward.
