7. Introduction and First Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 2003- An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland Amending the Laurel City Code, Chapter 16 “Taxation”, Article I to Amend Section 16-10 “Elderly and Veteran Tax Credit Program and to provide an effective date.

Introduction and First Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 2004- M-X-T Concept Site Plan No. 935- An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland to approve Mixed Use Transportation Oriented Development to Develop a 302- Residential Units Corridor Center Community at the Properties known as 6820, 6900, 6902, & 6920 Contee Road and 15203 Pirate Lane, Laurel, Maryland 20707 submitted by Pulte Home Company, LLC., and providing an effective date.

9. Introduction and First Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1-2023- A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland to Establish a Bicycle and Pedestrian Citizens Advisory Committee (BPCAC).
