A. Introduction and first public hearing on Resolution No. 17-20, a resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland to adopt the 2020 FEMA Region III Patuxent River Flood Study as the City's Official Flood Study.

B. Introduction and first public hearing on Ordinance No. 1963, an ordinance of the Mayor and City council of Laurel, Maryland, to amend the Laurel City Code, Article I, In General, Sec. 2-1 - Legal Holidays, to change Columbus Day Holiday to "Indigenous People's Day".

C. Introduction and first public hearing on Ordinance No. 1961, an ordinance to amend the General Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
