Attendees: John Kish, Chairman; William Wellford, Chief Judge, Ward 1; Jacqueline Anderson, Chief Judge, Ward 2; Donna Crary; Rhonda Whitley; Kenya Barno and Kimberley Rau.
Chairman Kish called the meeting to order at 1:09 p.m.
Meeting Schedule: Wednesday, November 4, 2020, 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 18, 2020, 1:00 p.m.
Mr. Barber from the City of New Carrollton was unable to make the presentation for the meeting. The presentation will be rescheduled for the meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, 1:00 p.m.
Clerk Rau was asked to send copies of the Mail-In Voting Reports from the City of Rockville and the City of Frostburg to the Board to include Ms. Crary and Ms. Whitley.
Discussion about the process the Prince George’s County Board of Election uses to remove inactive voters from the registration books. Clerk Rau will contact Prince George’s County Board of Elections for written procedures.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:29 p.m. on motion by Chief Judge Wellford, seconded by Ms. Whitley.
