Taking place at Sandy Point State Park, the event features a two-mile scenic drive along the Chesapeake Bay with approximately 70 animated and stationary displays illuminating the roadway.

Senior Services

The Division of Senior Services, operated by the Laurel Department of Parks and Recreation, serves senior adults 55 years of age or older.   Senior adult programs and classes are scheduled at various locations in Laurel.  These include the Greenview Drive Cabana, Laurel Armory Anderson & Murphy Community Center, the Robert J. DiPietro Community Center, the Laurel Municipal Pool, and Partnership Activity Hall.  The programs and services provided by the department include recreational activities, educational classes, health related programs and transportation services.
