SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

An employee in this position performs a variety of general interior custodial duties including, but not limited to: mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, dusting/cleaning of doors or windows, emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms and minor, basic maintenance of facilities; Additionally, tasks including light, exterior grounds maintenance such as litter collection, trash removal and cleaning of comfort stations is expected.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Manual labor is required to perform unskilled tasks of a physical nature.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years and must possess a valid driver's license.
• THIS POSITION INVOLVES WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY HOURS.
