This is a seasonal position that is responsible for group leadership and program planning for the summer day camp program under the supervision of the Day Camp Director. This position will develop, coordinate, and lead a variety of recreational activities for children in a Day Camp setting with priority in their safety.  An employee in this position is expected to communicate with co-workers and supervisors about incidents involving children’s behaviors or other problems and must also willingly and cooperatively accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  EOE  Starting date of June 7, 2021.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPR/AED/First Aid certificates preferred. Applicant must be CPR/AED/First Aid certified before the start of day camp.
  • Successful completion of background and Child Abuse & Neglect screening.
  • Minimum age 18 years or will be completing their senior year of high school by start of employment.

 

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
