SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answers the telephone in a courteous professional manner.  Completes registrations for various lessons and events.  Operates cash register.  Must be knowledgeable or willing to learn Point of Sale software.  Collects fees for lesson program, daily pool admissions, memberships, and swim team.  Assists in cleaning and maintaining the assigned facility.  Willingly and cooperatively accepts other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with supervisor, co-workers, volunteers and participants.  Ability to read and understand written instructions and training manuals, keep records.  Must be 18 years of age.

The summer season begins Memorial Day weekend (Saturday, May 29, 2021) and runs through Labor Day (September 6, 2021).
