Parking Citations
The City Animal Control Officer also serves as the City's Parking Enforcement Officer. In all cases of violations, if the officer discovers a vehicle illegally parked, the officer shall deliver a citation to the operator, or, if the vehicle is found to be unattended, attach a citation to the vehicle in a conspicuous place. The violation of any ordinance that prohibits parking within the city is a misdemeanor. The violation shall be subject to a fine. Fines range from twenty-five dollars ($25) for violation of a specific ordinance up to the fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for illegally parking in a Handicapped space.

A late fee of twenty-five dollars is added if not paid within the first 30 days.
