The Mayor and City Council recognized Cinnamen Fisher at their April 23 meeting. Mrs. Fisher, now a City Employee in the City Administrator’s Office, donated 196 hours in 2011 assisting the Emergency Services Director with special projects. Mrs. Fisher’s name has been added to the “Volunteer of the Year” plaque that proudly hangs at City Hall.
