1. Agenda Item 1 - Roll Call

2. Agenda Item 2 – Approval of Minutes for the August 17, 2010 meeting.

3.  Agenda Item 3 - HDC 005-2011 for 602 Montgomery Street submitted by Sign- A-Rama for the tenants at this address requesting approval to install vinyl lettering as signage in the front plate glass windows. The sign will read Harry’s Quality Used Appliances in 5.8” letters on the top line across both plate glass windows, the second line will read Sales Service New and Used Parts in 3.6” letters, and the phone number will be in 3” letters.

4.  Agenda Item 4 - HDC 010-2011 for 425 Prince George Street submitted by Duane Boswell for the 1st United Methodist Church requesting approval to replace the old 2 over 2 wood windows with 2 over 2 Edgemont double hung white vinyl windows with the raised grid system. There will be a total of 24 windows.  Ronald Miller, a representative for the church, will present the Certificate of Approval.

5.  Agenda Item 5 – HDC 012-2011 for 1105 Montgomery Street submitted by Christopher Erdle requesting approval to replace 2 steps on the front stoop and use brick. The steps are currently wood. The iron railing that is currently there will remain.

6.  Agenda Item 6  - HDC 014-2011 for 515 Montgomery Street submitted by Kevin Stroud requesting approval to  replace the porch deck, posts, and piers. Preferred choice is to replace the rail with spindles. A second option would be to do the porch “in kind.”
 

7.  Agenda Item 7 – HDC 015-2011 for 412 Montgomery Street submitted by Elizabeth Welsh requesting approval to replace the existing aluminum siding with insulated vinyl siding in white, (2) build out existing windows and cap, (3) extend red window trim to upper floors, (4) remove and replace aluminum soffit with vinyl soffit, (5) remove and replace side entry door with a new steel exterior 9 lite door and, (6) repair gutter on right side of the porch.

8.   Agenda Item 8 - HDC 016-2011 for 651 Main Street submitted by Stephany McGann requesting approval to install white vinyl lettering in the front window and on the door, and install a hanging wood sign on the front of the building using a previous sign but the previous sign with new wording.

  HDC 006-2011 for 332 Montgomery Street submitted by James Frazier requesting approval to replace the gutters “in kind.”
  HDC 007-2011 for 223 9th Street submitted by Elizabeth Carty requesting approval to replace front window “in kind.”
  HDC 008 for 1105 Montgomery Street submitted by Chris Erdle requesting approval to paint the front porch “in kind.”
  HDC 009-2011 for 708 Main Street submitted by Pat Haag requesting approval to replace the front porch steps “in kind.”
  HDC 011-2011 for 1105 Montgomery Street submitted by Chris Erdle requesting approval to remove a dead tree from the left side of the yard. The tree is diseased.
  HDC 013-2011 for 515 Montgomery Street submitted by Kevin Stroud requesting approval to replace the roofing shingles “in kind.”
