1. Agenda Item 1 - Roll Call

2. Agenda Item 2 - HDC 004-2011 for 309 Main Street submitted by Ronald Sargent requesting approval to (1) install eight 6 over 6 double hung white vinyl windows, four windows will face A Street and they will be 32” wide X 48” high, four windows will face Route 1, and two of those windows will be 24” wide X 36” high and the center window will be 2 combined windows equaling 48” wide X 36” high. There will be two white vinyl doors installed on the A Street side and each door will have 9 panes of glass at the top matching the door in the front of the building.   This item was postponed from the August 3rd HDC meeting, to give the applicant an opportunity to elaborate on the placement, measurements, and type of windows and doors being installed.
