1. Agenda Item 1 - Roll Call

2. Agenda Item 2 - Approval of Minutes for the July 20, 2010 meeting.

3. Agenda Item 3 – HDC 003-2011 for 324 Montgomery Street submitted by Douglas and Susan Hayes requesting approval to (1) replace the 3rd floor cedar shakes with vinyl hand split shake (color Hazelwood) and brackets with vinyl substitutes (white), (2) replace the entry door with a cherry stained door edged in Forest Green vinyl and, (3) resubmit front handrails and columns at the bottom of the steps (approved in 2005).
 
4. Agenda Item 4 - HDC 004-2011 for 309 Main Street submitted by Ronald Sargent requesting approval to (1) install nine 6 over 6 double hung windows in white vinyl. Four windows will face A Street and five windows will face Route 1 and (2) install doors cross buck style with windows at the top where the existing metal door currently exists.
