Agenda Item 2 - Approval of Minutes for the May 18, 2010 meeting.

 

Agenda Item 3 – HDC 056-2010 for 113 St. Mary’s Place submitted by Steve Edmonds, for St. Vincent Pallotti High School requesting approval to install a wall/monument sign. The wall holding the sign will be done in a natural stone and a gray designer block stone. It will be 30’ X 6’. The message on the sign will be Pallotti – St. VincentPallottiHigh School.  The sign will be placed at the corner of 8^th and Montgomery Streets.

 

Agenda Item 4 - HDC 001-2011 for

712  Main Street

submitted by Scarlett Wirt requesting approval to (1) install a pre-assembled 10’ X 12’ shed to replace the existing shed in the same location and the same size. The shed will be the same color/materials as the garage that was approved on HDC 041-2010; (2) install 2 shielded convenience lights in the eaves of the new garage. The lights are black. .

            HDC 050-2010 for 412 Montgomery Street submitted by Elizabeth Welsh requesting approval to replace the front porch floor In Kind.

            HDC 051-2010 for

407 Main Street

submitted by Peta-Gaye Morrison requesting approval to replace the wooden shutters and door trim In Kind.

            HDC 052-2010 for 206 6^th Street submitted by Raul Rico requesting approval to cut down a damaged Cedar tree. The applicant submitted pictures of the damaged tree. The tree was damaged and the applicant was asked to plant a tree to replace the one being removed.                

            HDC 053-2010 for 407 Laurel Avenue submitted by Stephanie Rizk requesting approval to paint the shutters In Kind.

            HDC 054-2010 for 336 Montgomery Street submitted by Jeanie Anastasi requesting approval to paint the fence and replace the porch floor In Kind.

            HDC 055-2010 for

407 Main Street

submitted by Peta-Gaye Morrison requesting approval to paint the building and eaves In Kind.

            HDC 057-2010 for 309 Main Street submitted by Ron Sargent requesting approval for painting the building In Kind.
