Unified Land Development Code
The Department of Community Planning and Business Services proposed the adoption of a Unified Land Development Code and a City Landscape Manual- both were approved by the Mayor and City Council on March 28, 2011. The new code consolidated and replaced the zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, forest conservation codes, and all other development-related regulations.
These ordinances became effective July 1, 2011.
