The Task Force will receive an overview of all City Communications equipment and current City Outreach Efforts.  The Task Force may develop a survey for the general public on the City’s Outreach efforts and their effectiveness, and recommend improvements and additional communications options.  The Task Force will report all findings and recommendations to the Mayor within three months.
